Once the Team Leader at your company approves your log-in, you will have full access to the Crestron website. When you enter your seven digit account number, your web log-in will go to “Pending Approval” status. If you do not know your organization's Customer Number, please reach out to Crestron's Client Relations Team at support. That is how the web registers what type of user you are (what kind of company you work for) so it provides you with the proper access level. The Customer Number links your profile to your account and site location in our systems. *Make sure to enter the 7-digit Customer Number that starts with a "1". Make sure you answer “Yes” to the question, “Are you currently a Crestron dealer or partner?”Ĭomplete the information on the Member Registration page. When the two fields do not match, you will run into issues on the website.
