Second, because I think the information in it is only useful for stuck novices - most of it consists of re-listings of information that is readily available in-game, and the rest is tips, of which only a few are really helpful. Item sources: 'Anywhere' is too general they don't just pop up out of thin air. But, we don't need to change anything to achieve that: I can simply click the 'type' column and voila: sorted by type. The Prima guide (see the random section) says that other than the prestige and fertility, items can appear anywhere.
